Formerly known as The ScotRecruitment Group, WorkAds Ltd was formed in April 2008 as part of a complete company restructure.

These changes also brought about the merge of our 3 popular job boards - ScotRecruitment.co.uk, FindJobsinManchester.com and FindJobsinBirmingham.com, which have now become WorkAds.co.uk

In addition to covering Scotland, Manchester and Birmingham though, WorkAds.co.uk covers the whole of the UK as well as every industry sector, and the main reason for this change was due to popular demand from both recruiters and jobseekers.

WorkAds Ltd - Company Aims and Objectives

The aims and objectives of WorkAds Ltd are simple - we want to provide reliable, effective, hassle free and affordable recruitment solutions to every UK company!

Good employee's can be a company's most valuable asset, and we don't believe that businesses should have to spend hundreds or even thousands of pounds on recruiting new staff. 

We also realise that although job boards are now commonplace in the market, that doesn't mean they are all the same!  We are delighted to boast of offering a personal, friendly approach and offer services both recruiters and jobseekers actually want (like unlimited listings packages and in-house career advisors), and some of our services are even unique to job sites (like childcare listings)!

Don't get us wrong, we don't want to fall into the old "we dare to be different" cliche - but it is nice isn't it!
